Our 1-hour online eLearning course provides lounge personnel with the knowledge and skills they need to operate lounges in line with international standards.


The course content is designed align with the IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM 1110 - PAX13) requirements.

  • Daily Routines and Procedures

  • Understanding Food Hygiene

Each section includes practical examples and clear explanations to support different roles in the lounge environment.
