This week, Toulouse became the meeting point for the global in-flight catering community as the ACA Leadership Symposium (ALS) brought together the industry’s most influential decision-makers.
Each year, ACA gathers C-level executives from catering companies, airlines, and key suppliers for an exclusive and highly focused forum. ALS is not just another industry event, it is where strategic conversations take place, partnerships are formed, and the direction of the industry is shaped. Organised by ACA and its members, the atmosphere is collaborative, forward-looking, and solution-driven.
Presenting at the First-Ever ACA Pitch Galley
One of the highlights of this year’s symposium was the launch of the first-ever ACA Pitch Galley, where a selected group of companies were given seven minutes to present innovative solutions to an audience representing more than 70% of the global airline catering industry.
It was a privilege to present Airport College International’s dedicated eLearning training services to this distinguished audience.
The discussions that followed were engaging and constructive. There was strong interest in how structured, digital training can support compliance, operational consistency, and workforce development within airline catering operations.
The response was very positive and has already led to promising next-step conversations with potential new partners.

Launching Our New Airline Catering eLearning Services
ALS Toulouse also marked the official launch of our new eLearning course service dedicated specifically to airline catering operations.
These courses are designed to support catering providers with:
Food Safety
Halal in Catering Operations
Lounge Operations
ESG
Airport Operations aligned with the IATA AHM 1110 Ground Operations Training Programme
Airline catering operations are becoming increasingly complex as compliance requirements, sustainability expectations, and multicultural workforces grow. Digital training plays an important role in ensuring standardisation, safety, and quality around the world.
Looking Ahead
Thank you to ACA and all participants for the excellent organisation and inspiring discussions!
We look forward to continuing these conversations and supporting the industry with modern, scalable training solutions.
