AirportCollege.com launched The Next Generation Training Development Initiative in August 2018, which combines several research and development projects under one umbrella.
These projects explore current and emerging learning technologies with the objective to identify solutions that will become part of our future training portfolio.
Emerging training technologies with three focus areas
A range of new technologies and interesting concepts are now emerging. After various discussions with clients and partners we selected three main areas, which are:
Virtual Reality (VR)
3D and Augmented Reality (AR)
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We at AirportCollege.com want to exploit new technologies like Virtual and Augmented Reality so that they add value to the learning experience and create concrete benefits for learners.
In the area of Artificial Intelligence we are researching how to add smart communication between training solutions and other systems such as incident reporting.
