Airport College International Ltd. today announced the launch of its Integrated Aviation Training Concept (IATC), combining digital eLearning, immersive practical training, and structured on-the-job training (OJT) to address the growing training needs of the global ground handling industry.

The concept combines three elements of aviation training into one structured pathway:

• Digital online eLearning (theoretical foundation)

• Immersive practical training (VR and simulation)

• On-the-Job Training (OJT) in operational environments

Standardised and Scalable Training

At the core of the concept is Airport College International’s digital training platform, providing online eLearning courses aligned with IATA AHM 1110 training programme and ASA World ATAP accreditation.

This ensures globally consistent, compliant, and scalable theoretical training for aviation professionals.

Bridging the Gap Between Training and Operations

To ensure effective transfer of knowledge into real-world performance, the concept integrates practical training technologies, including Virtual Reality (VR), and structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) delivered in real operational environments. Airport College International is working with selected industry partners to deliver these components, including Smart Aerospace Solutions Ltd. for OJT and AVIAR B.V. for VR-based training.
