We at Airport College International have created this online eLearning course to provide a general overview of how to serve passengers with reduced mobility during air travel. The scope of the course covers passengers with various special needs that may impact their travel.


The course content fully complies with the guidelines of IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM), IATA Ground Operations Manual (IGOM) and EU (EC) No 1107/2006, USA ACAA (The Air Carrier Access Act), 14 CFR Part 382 and Canada ATPDR (Accessible Transportation for persons with Disabilities Regulations)
