Airport College International will be attending Aviation Connect 2026, taking place from 29 September to 1 October 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Athens in Greece.
Aviation Connect brings together leading ground handling companies, airlines, air cargo organisations, ULD specialists and other key aviation stakeholders from around the world.
This year, eight major industry communities come together under one roof, creating a unique forum for aviation decision-makers to connect, exchange ideas and explore the future of ground handling, air cargo and aviation operations.
The event combines expert presentations, one-to-one meetings, networking and collaborative sessions addressing some of the industry's key priorities, including operational safety, digitalisation, sustainability and workforce development.
What’s on the Agenda?

Discover Our Integrated Aviation Training Concept
At Aviation Connect 2026, we will present our latest training solutions and our new Integrated Aviation Training Concept (IATC) – a comprehensive approach designed to connect theoretical knowledge, practical training and real-world operational competence.
The IATC combines:
eLearning and Microlearning for flexible and effective theoretical training
Virtual Reality (VR) and simulation for immersive, practical learning
Structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) in real operational environments
Together, these elements create a seamless learning journey:
Theory → Practice → Operational Competence
The concept enables aviation organisations to build competence through different training methods while connecting them into one structured training approach.
To deliver the concept, Airport College International works together with specialised industry partners, including Smart Aerospace Solutions Ltd. for OJT solutions and AVIAR B.V. for VR training.
By combining digital learning, immersive practical training and structured workplace learning, we can help aviation organisations accelerate workforce readiness, strengthen safety and compliance, and improve operational performance.
We Are the Global Leader in Ground Handling eLearning
Our online training programmes are used by leading aviation companies in more than 140 countries worldwide. We are proud to offer courses in several languages, helping organisations overcome training challenges across diverse teams and regions.
We are actively working with new clients to help solve the aviation industry’s training and compliance challenges.
