Greetings from Hong Kong and Korea

This week Airport College International met clients and partners in Hong Kong and Korea.

Hong Kong: Menzies CNAC Aviation Academy (MCAA)

We met representatives from Menzies CNAC Aviation Academy (MCAA) and had a very good discussion about the Hong Kong aviation market. We learned that the 3rd runway will be operational next week, which will allow to increase the frequency of flights.

Collaboration Continues

Thanks to our collaboration, 13 mandatory eLearning courses for ground handling have now been translated into Chinese and are now available in the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets. We agreed that we will continue our joint efforts producing more courses into Chinese.

Diploma Programme for 2025 launched

The first Menzies Diploma Programme for 2025 has already been launched. The Diploma in Ground Handling is a hybrid programme designed to prepare individuals to enter the industry and give them a head start in understanding the many roles that exist in the industry. Cathay Pacific

We had the pleasure of meeting with the Cathay Pacific Learning & Development (L&D) team in Cathay City to finalise the content of the 2025 eLearning course. Cathay Pacific is a company strongly committed to investing in the development of its people, and this commitment is clearly reflected in Cathays continued business success.

Meeting with Sharp Alliance Companies

We had the pleasure of meeting the management of Sharp Aliance Companies and organising the monthly training meeting, this time in person.

Sharp Aviation K has been our client for ten years and together we have done a remarkable job in updating and translating ISAGO compliant ground handling eLearning courses into Korean. This collaboration continues and we are actively exploring new ways of working together.
