Digital Solutions to Boost Asian Aviation Recovery

The aviation industry is slowly moving out of a crisis. During the last year and half a lot of pre-Covid knowledge and established processes are no longer applicable, and the entire industry needs to re-design itself to achieve a sustainable and efficient future.


This week we participated in a webinar "Digital Reconnect Asia" arranged by Ground Handling International (GHI) focusing on the Asian aviation market with hundreds of participants and presentations from various stakeholders.


The webinar emphasised the importance of the following themes, on which we can all agree.

  • Technology: A new strategy for a new age with digital solutions

  • Skills: Developing staff skills to meet the new normal

  • Sustainability: Seizing the moment for more environmentally friendly operations and equipment

The webinar provided a critical forum for enabling business discussions among Asia’s aviation community during the Covid crisis.


In addition to interesting presentations and panel discussions, the webinar provided us with a forum for business discussions among the Asian aviation stakeholders. We will also participate next time, too!
