Mr Teemu Patala is in charge of pedagogical development and innovation at Airport College International Ltd (AC). He coordinates the development of training methodology and certification programs, and the coordination of academic partnerships and AC’s research and development activities.

Background
​
Mr Patala started his career in aviation training and development at Finnair in the late 1990s. Since then he has been involved in hundreds of eLearning development initiatives in various industries in topics such as safety & security, management & leadership, sales, finance, customer service and healthcare.
Mr Patala’s other work responsibilities have included the posts of Learning Concept Designer and Project Manager at SanomaWSOY, Head of Research & Development at Context Learning and University Lecturer (Innovation Methodology). Mr Patala has authored over 20 publications on digital learning and competence development.
