Airport College International was the main sponsor for an aviation industry seminar at Helsinki Airport. The event was held at Airport Hilton on 21th May 2013. In his presentation Pertti Mero, CEO of Airport College International ltd., raised some particular challenges in training and personnel development in aviation & logistics and how e-Learning can help tackle them.
The impressive line-up of speakers included Jyri Häkämies (Director General, Confederation of Finnish Industries EK), Jussi Järventaus (Managing Director, Federation of Finnish Enterprises), Lassi Hilska (Senior Adviser for Goods Transport, The Ministry of Transport and Communications), Ville Iho (COO, Finnair) and Veijo Karosvuo (General Manager, Servisair Finland).
