This week Airport College International participated in GHI Ground Handling International Annual Conference held in Amsterdam from the 29 November - 1 December 2022.
The Annual Conference is the global aviation community’s favourite forum for exchanging ideas and views for better ground handling.

In "The Big Debate", which was the conference's main panel, training was on the top of the list along with other workforce challenges.

Shortages of skills session addressed on how to recruit and give training to new talent rapidly and in quantity. This is crucial in building a flexible workforce to match the peaks and needs of the business.
Face-to-face Meetings
Perhaps the most import takeaway was actually meeting clients, business partners and other stakeholders.
