Collection of employee feedback is important also when developing eLearning courses. Nowadays the course feedback system is an integral part of each eLearning course, but there is more we can do. Regular discussions with employees regarding competence development are important for employee engagement and commitment. They provide an opportunity to gather information for development of personnel training and eLearning courses.
I personally encourage you to spend some time with your employees and students as they will talk to you when you give them a change. The same approach works well for development discussions.
