Mr Kristian Marttinen leads AC’s Course Production Unit – a highly skilled and diverse team of subject matter experts, learning designers, multimedia designers, scriptwriters and technical wizards. He leads his team with passion to create engaging learning experiences for the needs of the aviation industry.

Background
​
Mr Marttinen has been working in aviation operations and training since the late 80s holding positions in ramp services, training material design, eLearning course production and project management.
Mr Marttinen has also worked as a Project Manager and Developer of advanced eLearning solutions at SanomaWSOY and as a Production Director at Context Learning.
