Passengers with Reduced Mobility represents one of the fastest-growing passenger segments in aviation. Restrictions these passengers have may be related to limitations in physical mobility due to disability or illness or other issues such as mental disorders or ageing.

The course helps participants develop skills so that they can serve passengers with reduced mobility according to general regulations and guidelines, and by following the principles of good customer service.
