The focus of this certificate program is to build a foundation of understanding important elements of passenger travel experience as well as other vital safety, security and service aspects. The main objectives of the program are to develop your operational skills, to prepare you to handle your job better and to improve your career prospects.

The Passenger Service Certificate Program consists if 11 eLearning courses. In order to achieve the program certificate, candidates must successfully complete all included online eLearning courses within a three-month time frame. Below is the list of courses included in the program.
