Upon completion of this course, a course participant will be able to:
understand the regulations, guidelines standards for safe and efficient operations
learn the basics of aerodynamics that an operator must know
determine the need and methods used for de-icing/anti-icing operations
know when and how to use different equipment and fluids
become familiar with environmental impact, irregularity reporting and general communication procedures.
