Perishable goods (PER) is a growing segment of air cargo and it's important to ensure that perishable products always reach the customer on time, and in sound condition.
We at Airport College International have created a Perishable Cargo Handling online eLearning course according to IATA’s Perishable Cargo Regulations (PCR) in order to improve proper handling and air transportation of perishable products.
The IATA CEIV Fresh program has been created to bring global standardized procedures and best practices to the transport of perishable goods by air. It provides organizations with the opportunity to become a centre of excellence for perishable logistics. One central area of the CEIV certification is training for all personnel involved in handling and management of time and temperature sensitive perishable shipments.
